Julian Hoke Harris, sculptor and educator, was born 22 August 1906, in Carrollton, Georgia, and died 15 January 1987, in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned a B.A. degree in architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology (1928), where he became a professor of architecture (1936-1972).
